Privacy notice
ProDevel s.r.o. (IČO 08998523), registered at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, operates this website. We are the data controller for any personal data you share with us.
What we collect. We process the information you send us directly, for example your name, email address and the contents of your message when you contact us at info@prodevel.com, plus the site analytics described below. This site uses no advertising, remarketing or profiling trackers.
Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand which pages and services people actually read. It records pages viewed, the referring site, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, clicks on links and calls to action, and how far down a page you scroll. We do not use it for advertising: Google's advertising, ad-personalisation and ad-user-data signals stay switched off, and IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Analytics data may be processed outside the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses, and we keep it for at most 14 months.
Cookies and your choice. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, used to recognise a returning browser) are set only after you click “Allow analytics”. Until then Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied, so nothing is written to or read from your device beyond what the site needs to function. Withdrawing consent deletes those cookies. You can change your choice at any time: .
Why. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential engagement or collaboration. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
Retention. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, then delete it.
Your rights (GDPR). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Email info@prodevel.com and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
